      Unlimited time off is a plus but still has caveats (manager needs to approve, ensure there’s coverage, etc)

      The company seems highly focused on productivity and delivery metrics, sometimes at the expense of employee well-being and long-term team stability. There appears to be a tendency to bring in people from previous networks (for example from Toptal), which can make the environment feel somewhat closed or internally aligned rather than open to broader perspectives. Management can be quite hands-on, and at times this may come across as micromanagement.
