Pros
FBP - salary structure is having lot of components that can be added as reimbursement which becomes non taxable in old regiem but with new regiem relaxation from 2025-26, this is not that much beneficial. Also lot of people is claiming reimbursement in a false manner.
Cons
- Except FBP everything is con here. No good hikes/promotions for hard working engineers. PM, EMs & senior management take most of the money for themselves. - No new learning in the company. - If the offer is not that good as compared to other offers then don't join. You will regret.
