Pros

None, I repeat none. It used to be good company but sadly every good engineer has left

Cons

List is quite big. I would start with worst engineering leadership and management. These people are literally asking developers to propose new changes in the product after comparing with market competition. So basically developer will not just propose the solution and code the solution but he will eventually define the problem and solve it as well. God knows how the leadership works here. Vp and director are just for politics and good for nothing. Openly asking people to leave after working for few years and threatning others even if you are working well. Please beware of these 2 gentlemen. Work is stagnant. They will ask you to revive the product which is already dead

Teams promote a collaborative and supportive culture, making it a good environment for skill development and real-world problem solving.

Cons

Like most growing companies, Groupon experiences fast-changing priorities, which can sometimes impact long-term planning and focus.
