The working environment is really good and you have the opportunity to learn a lot of things about how a massive e-commerce platform is architected and managed. Opportunities for travelling in the US, training. There are also some great very smart people.
Cons
everything depends on the team and the projects, but sometimes there isn't a clear plan and guidance on what the team's plan is.
