Pros

Groups is a great place to work. They care about their employees just as much as their members, and offer competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

If you are not adaptable, Groups isn’t for you. There is so much growth, you cannot be uncomfortable with change.

Pros

They have a mental health day you can use once per year. The pay was good for my rural area. My position was remote, that’s always nice.

Cons

No work life balance. They tell you not to work off the clock, but overload office managers with 340+ member’s per one O.M. I worked at least two extra hours per day. Don’t care about employees - When I needed to find a lawyer as my 9 month olds father decided to just keep her from me, and asked for a day to do so they’re response was “you have Fridays off, so it then”. Even though I’d just explained all the attorneys offices hours to them. Making way to many changes to fast. Yea the company is growing and yes you need to change with the times….but let one change fully happen before throwing in five more. Your workers are already drowning trying to keep your members content and make sure their medications right. Stop giving them whiplash with 4 workflow or policy changes to implement in offices everywhere, every two weeks.
