      Supportive and collaborative environment. A culture built around best outcomes for patients and others we serve in high-need communities. In-touch leadership team with a lot of goals for growth.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Natural with most companies at this stage. If you can understand this, it isn't necessarily a con.

      Great environment and supportive team atmosphere despite working remotely. Amazing treatment model. Staff genuinely cares about member recovery.

      Cons

      Needs help with contracting in order to reach more populations. Sometimes overworks leadership which results in important matters falling through the cracks.
