Pros

Members. Watching them thrive with their recovery journey. Some coworkers and really nothing else.

Cons

They push and repeat harm reduction yet they do more harm than good. Almost all offices are closed on Fridays and the did away with the team that helped the members with issues. So members now get to go all weekend without medication due to an error caused by staff. That is setting a member up for failure. Without medication these members experience withdrawal, relapse, and even overdose just trying to not be ill. That is NOT harm reduction.

Pros

Nothing anymore, was hired remote, asked to go in office in June. Agreed to a inoffice schedule, for daytime hours. The office was over 50 miles from my home. Oh, I also got a slight pay decrease at my midyear review. Then revised an email that my position was changing to non exempt effective immediately which resulted in more loss of pay.

Cons

Upper management. My title has changed 4 times in 4 years. I think they are grasping at straws. Layoffs every year,

Pros

a job, consistent pay, the groups and members, and providers

Cons

the expectations keep changing, job insecurity, you will take on more than one role leaving little time to do therapy.
