Taken a recent turn for the worst

Pros

- Lots of cool people - Mental health is a cool space to work in, as long as we're not creating AI monsters to do it

Cons

- Micromanagement from the VP level all the way down - Way too much emphasis on AI being the future (including mandates that employees must use X amount of AI per week, and interview portions that REQUIRE AI tool usage) - Gaslighting employees about the reasons corporate is doing things

Pros

Getting started with Grow was easy and the intake team was friendly and helpful. You can work as many or as little hours as you would like, No non-compete. Helpful to have a community board to connect to other clinicians.

Cons

I have been locked out of the Grow system due to a tech issue for a full seven days now which has made it impossible for me to see my clients, contact my clients, complete notes, etc. I have sent multiple emails to provider support and called and emailed the intake department where I have been told that my issue has been “escalated” but to no avail. It has been impossible to get on the phone with anyone from Support or the IT department and it has taken days to get any responses via email. This situation is beyond unacceptable for me as a provider as well as for my clients (some of which I have no way of contacting). Not showing up for client sessions is damaging to the population of folks we work with, it looks poorly on me as a provider despite the fact that I have been doing everything in my power to get this resolved, and it looks poorly on Grow. I am BEYOND disappointed by this experience with Grow. Major changes need to be made in how support is offered to providers within Grow in order for ethical and reliable treatment to be provided going forward.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Low rates, minimal support, faulty scheduling system, and a patient mill, as well as an Uber for a therapist
