      Pros

      The people! Seriously, Grow has done a superb job at hiring people who aren't just smart, but are empathetic and treat each other with respect. This is unfortunately so rare in tech, but is the norm at Grow. Also: business is booming! Profits go up, KPIs go up, things are looking good for Grow.

      Cons

      We jumped a little too hard on the AI bandwagon, but I think leadership is finally starting to realize that most of the time, AI isn't the solution.

      Pros

      I’ve been with Grow Therapy for 2.5 years. The company is great, benefits/perks are amazing, people are fun and friendly, and we get to work remote. I’ve worked for many companies including several tech startups and this one is by far the best.

      Cons

      The providers can be pretty awful and my perception of therapists is no longer what it used to be. There are some great ones but there are also some terrible ones. There are a lot of changes that are rolled out - all good things but it can be difficult to stay current on all new features/processes.

      Run from this mess. Questions about grow sharing AI and pt info

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours and ability to work part time

      Cons

      Low pay No benefits, No provider support. Only an AI bot to respond to problems. Strong demand for AI use and sketchy policies on how information will be shared with connected companies. Several delays in payment with no honest answer as to why. Censor and or ban providers who raise issues or ask questions that would reflect badly on company. Software is very glitchy but strong push to use it for sessions. Ehr is long and tedious and you seem to be penalized for keeping own notes seperately
