      Pros

      I've been with Grow for about 6 months and am very happy with the experience so far. There's a lot of investment in the people and tools, and the goals of the company are clearly communicated from Management. The benefits are incredible, and its a really good group of people. Everyone I've interacted with, from ICs to Executives, care about the people and the work, and are genuinely nice and happy to be here.

      Cons

      There's still a lot of work to be done operationally; There are still some aspects that feel very "early start up" and need to evolve to scale with the company. The company is working on them, but there are a lot of competing priorities, so you have to be willing to put in the work to make the changes you want to see.
