Communication with company when there is an issue is impossible. They only communicate using Bots and AI responses now. I spent hours trying to get help with a client who was abusive and I could not get anyone from Grow to show any concern for me as a provider that has been with Grow for years. I am rethinking my affiliation with them because of this. Very frustrating and not at all how they were when they first started out. They have gone way down hill!
