Benefits of Private Practice without the Hassle
Pros
As a telehealth provider, I appreciate that Grow Therapy allows me to provide mental health services to clients that is covered by their health insurance without me needing to deal with all the hassles of billing & credentialing. My previous experience with telehealth platforms were that they only accepted cash payments from clients which created various barriers for those seeking mental health services. Grow therapy takes care of all health insurance billing & credentialing, and their platform is overall user-friendly. I did experience a few minor hiccups initially with the process of documentation, however these issues were quickly addressed & resolved by the Grow Therapy team.
Cons
Documentation templates are a bit lengthy with a few redundant sections; Platform often freezes when completing documentation during a session; does not recognize PsyPACT authorization provide telehealth services to those residing in participating states
