      Pros

      The community of therapists and providers is warm, welcoming, and supportive.

      Cons

      Slow start-up after being paneled by to bill insurance. Not sure if this is due to algorithms on their end or low demand in my particular state, but I have read from other therapists on the forums they experienced the same.

      Pros

      Working at Grow makes being a therapist easier. I have my own private practice and sometimes billing as well as marketing is difficult. Grow makes it easier to do therapy because I can concentrate on my clients and progress notes rather than billing the insurances. Their support team is very helpful if you have any questions. I love the community because I can reach out to other clinicians for help, ideas and support.
