Pros

Good way to enter banking industry. Opportunity to learn management techniques when dealing with staffing challenges. Good job security for those who work hard, not just show up everyday.

Cons

Banks staffing structure is a problem for employees and customers alike. Like most salary positions, when short staffed the amount of hours worked is not in line with salary. Organizational inconsistencies with sales goals and expectations.

Pros

Great opportunity for growth, competitive benefits package, top level managers truly care about employees, laid back sales environment, previous experience is not required.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive, high employee turnover, some cliques, too much autonomy creates issues when people don't do the right thing.
