Pros

The administration, particularly Jeremy Messer, is a military veteran who is willing to work with you concerning nearly anything. He’s very knowledgeable, supportive and his military background makes him ideal for this industry. If you prove to be a reliable employee, you can work as much as they’ll allow.

Cons

Like many industries, you may work on holidays. No worries as you’ll get paid time and one-half.

Pros

I was the primary officer on a new hospital account. So, I got to shape the position and they were somewhat receptive to my ideas. Direct deposit is good.

Cons

They will intimidate you into coming into the office, on your time, for free and threaten discipline if you don't (that's illegal btw). They are extremely unprofessional. I had a supervisor brotha' show up and continually address me as "pardnuh". I didn't want to shake his gross hands and so I offered a fist bump. We had a friendly interaction for 15 minutes and when leaving he revisited me not shaking his hand at the start. He wrote me up for it and I was called into the office the following day. I had received many compliments on my performance up to this point. They had planned an ambush with 4 people in the room versus me. I wouldn't concede that I did anything wrong, after a vigorous witch hunt on their part, so they took my site access badge. I went the extra mile at this job every day and this is how they treated me. I resigned the same day and told them they lost a good one. They didn't have anything to say about that.

Pros

The organization is moving in a positive direction, I hate that it took so long.

Cons

Pay is not equivalent to performance expectations or exceeding standards. You're not really recognized for your efforts aside from a pat on the back and "Good Job". Job tasks change frequently or more gets added on and you get confused with who is responsible for what.
