Guardant Health is a place where every individual has a voice, and every team is working collaboratively towards a common purpose, to turn cancer into a manageable disease. We have an open floor plan which suits our collaborative culture. Our management team is easily accessible, and happy to take impromptu meetings with team members when they are available. We have some of the most intelligent and inspiring individuals, each happy to share their knowledge with others. Most importantly, our executives care about their team, they give credit when its due, they provide feedback and support when its needed. They are 100% invested in the professional development and personal wellness of every individual. In the 3 years I have been with Guardant, I have never felt anything but valued and respected by my colleagues and management, and I have never once been made to feel uncomfortable or subordinate. I am inspired by my peers daily, I believe in our mission, and I feel fortunate to work for such an innovative company. 10 times out of 10, I would recommend Guardant as a great place to work!
