Lunch catered and provided 5 days a weeks, open environment

Cons

Department procedures were constantly changing with new procedures and processes. Company structure showed very much favoritism towards hierarchy positions. HR support hierarchy positions only HR do not care about employees. Hierarchy people only care about them selves. Hard to move up.

Full of brilliant co-workers Contributions from all levels highly valued Desire to innovate on every axis; not just core science, but go-to-market, sales, software, business development, etc. This is not your grandpa's molecular diagnostic company Diverse and inclusive workforce Free lunch that's better than your company's free lunch Company is a rocket, so huge growth opportunities for talented people in nearly every department

Cons

Not sue this is a con, but Guardant is intense, because the problem it is addressing (and opportunity it has) is enormous. Not a great place to coast, but a great place to grow.

The work environment and my peers here at Guardant Health are all absolutely amazing. We all have similar passions that lie within each of our own respective domains of knowledge, all focused on eliminating disease and extending the quality of life for those who are suffering. Working towards a noble cause such as Guardant's also comes with perks such as excellent compensation, robust benefits, catered lunches, open floor plan, weekly outings with company teams, and much more. I am happy with my choice to join Guardant Health and look forward to their future in Biotech and extending the quality of life for those who suffer from any kind maladies.
