Pros

Not even one. nope, sorry !

Cons

Tons & Tons ! Politics Galore – Global politics has nothing on the games being played here in GH. Clueless Senior Management – No one has a clue where we’re headed. It’s all about surviving the day. Disastrous Leadership – They say they’re open to feedback, but try giving some, and you’ll regret ever speaking up. Work-life balance - Big Joke ! They focus solely on their own needs, and while you might sacrifice sleepless nights to meet their demands, don't expect any acknowledgment or appreciation in return Word of suggestion, DO NOT JOIN HERE AT ANY COST

Pros

Competitive Pay Fast, Effective training environment

Cons

Toxic Leadership Guardant operates two entirely separate companies: Oncology and Screening. Leadership styles differ dramatically between the two, with Screening fostering a positive environment and Oncology characterized by negativity and poor management practices. Lack of Clear Direction Corporate priorities are consistently unclear or mismanaged across multiple levels, resulting in poor collaboration and limited effectiveness between teams. Culture of Blame There is a strong tendency toward blaming others rather than collectively addressing problems. Responsibility is frequently deflected, creating an environment where accountability suffers. Culture of Fear Employees hesitate to provide honest feedback in engagement surveys due to concerns about anonymity. This results in artificially positive results that do not accurately reflect the workplace environment.
