Guardant Health reviews

The company has grown too big, too fast and their management team can't handle it. They are now more focused on making a lot of money and lost their focus on diagnosing cancer. Hiring too many, too fast has damaged the company culture beyond recognition from a couple years ago. They no longer care about the employee, as they are treated with disrespect and expected to take on more and more projects without the support and compensation. Too bad. It used to be a great team. Now you have to be vaccinated to work there. That was the last straw for me. I work remote and make my own choices about my health. NOT MY EMPLOYER!!!

The sales organization is incredibly toxic, starting from the top. They have changed our comp plan so many times I can’t keep track. And every time it benefits the company. Only at Guardant can you hit 120% of your goal and only be paid $7000! Also, there is no transparency, so you will never be able to cross-check their work. Some of the management team is incredibly corrupt and have lied, created hostile work environments, threatened employees. And, it seems, they’ve gotten away with it in the past. I suppose that’s why the continue with the behavior. But now many people have gotten wise to the illegal and horrific abuse of power and are leaving in droves. Maybe Guardant will finally wake up!
