      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. Good work goes unnoticed. Management in HR prioritizes hiring friends over hiring competent workers. If you have ever seen the movie Office Space, you know how it is to work at Guardant. Imagine working at a company for 4+ years and someone who is a contract Recruiter gets promoted to full time and a manager within 2-3 months of working at the company. Maybe when you are friends with the Head of TA, that may help.

      Good product. Culture in Decline

      Best product on the market that saves lives.

      Cons

      Big picture culture is in decline. Specific departments are worse thano thers. People dept has huge turnover this year due to mismanagement, bullying, nepo hires, unethical behavior, dishonesty and retaliation. Toxic culture. Most people will be gone when market improves.

      Free catered lunch and nice location in Palo Alto.

      Cons

      No work-life balance for software engineers. Work late nights but still requires to come to the office 3 times a week. Dirty politics and only favoritism work there. HR is a joke!
