Unrealistic expectations from upper management, upper management not in touch with what’s going on in the field, ever changing goal metrics for account managers

Messy management, very disorganized team. During the interview process they promise career development, inclusivity, and a positive work environment. Once you start, team members complain about how the role is a dead end, and they constantly complain about being underpaid compared to the CRA sponsor side, and yet they are discouraged from speaking about it once they bring it up to management. CSC role does not translate very well in the biotech space, and closest role is CRC in academia research. Management uses this excuse to underpay CSC team. CSC Team is exhausted, overworked, and which contributes to a toxic workplace environment. The energy is tense, nit picky, and more. Look to another team, or try to get a role in the sponsor side (CRA).
