      Pros

      Good people, great mission, reasonable work life balance for some teams. Attempts to solve problems instead of pointing fingers

      Cons

      Extremely chaotic projects due to poor management. With a shifting focus on volume, struggling to innovate and incorporate needed new technology. Swirling requirements set by management with little subject matter knowledge cause development headaches.

      Pros

      Overall the products at GH are the best and for the most part, barring a few, the management team is pretty straight forward. Not everything works the way intended as an organization but they tend to listen and adjust quickly.

      Cons

      Not for the complacent. Growth with all products is expected and tools have been somewhat delayed to team. Accelerate those and get out of our own way and I think we would all be happier and more successful.
