      So Much Wasted Potential

      Pros

      Free lunch and some good colleagues.

      Cons

      I would highly recommend anyone who is interviewing to do their homework and ask very focused questions. Management is disappointing, the culture is reactive and dysfunctional, decision making is myopic, communication is one-sided, and leadership is anything but. Unless you are in the inner circle there is no career advancement. The benefits lag compared to industry standards. Turnover is extremely high. The reality is this is just another job, and people are treated as disposable.

      Communication skills must be improved for any chance of success

      Pros

      Great product and interesting vision. There seems to be a good future for the company, free food and about 30% of the employees are friendly.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication between management and their employees. There is supposed to be open communication but everyone tends to walk on eggshells and work themselves to the bone.

      Pros

      If you don’t have experience in diagnostics, oncology, or sales management, this company will give you that chance to get into the space. Not sure that’s a pro for clients though.

      Cons

      A fast paced company culture that puts their employees last. A sales management team that micromanages by fear. Unrealistic expectations. A revolving door of employees.
