Not sure where to start! I have pretty solid experience in the Biotech customer service field. Out of all the companies I have worked for, the management for the CS department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was only acknowledged by management only 1 time-- the first day I started! After that, communication and follow up was sparse. Management is only good at micro managing and passing along emails to make sure work is done, without actually helping the team out when needed. This department is so understaffed and turn over rate is really high! I can see why people don't want to stay in Client Services. The Client Services Associates are overworked, case load is heavy and management provides little to no encouragement. The department includes Billing Associates and they are considered to be part of client services. From my short experience at the company, the Billing Associates team is fully staffed and provide little help to lighten the workload of the Client Services Associates. On a positive note, there are superstars on the Client Services team that really provide adequate and quality training, approachable, and in my opinion, can be groomed to effectively manage the team.

I would highly recommend anyone who is interviewing to do their homework and ask very focused questions. Management is disappointing, the culture is reactive and dysfunctional, decision making is myopic, communication is one-sided, and leadership is anything but. Unless you are in the inner circle there is no career advancement. The benefits lag compared to industry standards. Turnover is extremely high. The reality is this is just another job, and people are treated as disposable.

This is my fourth diagnostic sales job and I can honestly say!! I AM HOME!!!!!!!!! This is a first rate company to work for that seriously pays great attention to their employees and puts the patient first and foremost! I have been here for 17 months and love waking up to working for a company that is the leading liquid biopsy company in the world and the founders, leadership and entire sales team and Regional Directors are simply incredible! The national sales meetings are simply spectacular! Thank you GH for being an amazing place to work and for constantly working to offer the best liquid biopsy for patients!

None--I honestly have no cons ..... thankful I am here!!!!!!!
