Pros

Good work/life balance, nice location, nice snack bar. I really enjoyed hanging out with a lot of the people I worked with

Cons

This company is seriously over-managed. I had more 'managers' then coworkers for a time. I'd also worry about the relationship between sales and engineering

Good perks e.g. free lunch on select days of the week and a kitchen full of snacks.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Stop micro-management. Perhaps new managers could help.
