The business of the company has good potential, but I cannot see much growth space for me as an engineer

Pros

Well defined and clearly targeted products Good potential business growth Small team, closely work together Office is well located at mountain view

Cons

The engineer management tends to do micro managements; When getting feedbacks regarding improving the office environment to make it comfortable, the engineer management did not really tried to let it happen; Technique stack adopted by the team is just quite old plain standard Java stuff

Very Dedicated Team Ready for the Next Stage of the Company

Pros

Lots of growth (past and potential) Seasoned management team is unified and works as a team great product is easy to sell and support dedicated customers are constantly telling the company how much they like the product bright future decent perks (lunch twice a week, subsidized gym)

Cons

GA is still partially in start up mode, so some roles require lots of hours. This may be a pro or a con depending on your willingness to work!
