-Pretty good quality product, though not a good fit for high end markets -Loyal installed base of customers -Formerly talented technical team -Brand name investors

Cons

-First time CEO prone to temper tantrums and authoritarian style. A real liability -Toxic work culture fostered by CEO -low growth business makes it less attractive to acquirers with each passing year -Group of servile yes-men and woman in senior management roles -Cost cutting appears to be the main strategy
