Pros

The solutions we sell really help banks and end users. Ability to make an impact in AI / ML for Finance space

Cons

In any company dependent on high quality engineers and data scientists and based in the heart of silicon valley, there will be turnover and some volatility

Pros

Semi-free lunch. Good co-workers. Decent facilities.

Cons

Brain dead senior staff. They've caused and overseen the exodus of many talented employees. Several departments are now critically understaffed leading to the inability to fulfill customer promises. If not for the privacy issues, I'd share the documentation of the turmoil at GA post Laurent being named CEO by the board. The only reason I'm giving one star ratings is that the system doesn't allow for zero.
