Pros

Double time on hours worked in a week over 48

Cons

Management is not nice.. they always want you to work extra hours but not willing to work with you when u expected emergency comes up... The RCC's have their favorite employees even though they claim all employees treated equally ...resident meals suck

Pros

Some of the residents and staff are amazing.

Cons

Under new management. And the manager doesn't know how to keep staff members. Including ones that have spent years there. The management title definitely put her on a power high. Nothing about the way she treats her employees is positive. She likes to smile to your face and tell you how great and valued you are, but then turns around and stabs you in the back. No growth within the company for those that start as caregivers. Low pay wage with refusals of raises.

Opportunity for overtime each pay period.

Cons

Poor training, lack of communication, management was more concerned with appearance of the facility, than what happened in the homes.
