Pros

Working with great groups of giving people work here. Always wanting to help or make a resident happy or comfortable. The commaradie between staff members is burst of fresh smiles daily. Residents settle in with new staff and c you get to know individual little actions that make their day as well as your own day. Always a smile on my face when I go home.

Cons

They residents don't remember you forget who they have nasty accidents, some get mean, throw food at you....hurt you, have bad days and good days too. But they're old peopel
