Pros

Loved the people I worked with. Benefit packages are affordable. Many groups to join and be fully yourself at work.

Cons

Extra work without equivalent compensation. New hires earn more than tenured employees. Males earn more than females without additional experience or job knowledge. Excessive stress for not enough pay.

Pros

unlimited pto, great benefits, encouraging erg's, overall fair treatment

Cons

the chro posts a lot of bs on social media about the importance of mental health and taking time off, but the actual culture of the company (specifically hr) is that you are expected to be available and work 24/7 including vacation, and if you don't, you are ostracized and told "that's just how it works these days"
