      Pros

      Good benefits, retirement options, co-workers were nice, great offices and location as well as hybrid policy

      Cons

      No work-life balance, management changes were too frequent, no real scope of career development, lack of vision and promotions are few and hard to come by.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, retirement benefits, health insurance is expensive but the coverage is very good.

      Cons

      Constant reorganizations and changes in leadership. Reorganizations are brutal and demoralizing for those left behind. Roles are dumped on the survivors with zero compensation or upward mobility, "lean into it" is a constant catch phrase. Despite consistently delivering stellar performance every year, efforts and work were not only unacknowledged but, quite frankly others would take credit for work. If you value your self-worth and career growth, stay away. You are just a name on an organization chart. Nothing more.
