Pros

Pension and ability to leave every day at 5pm.

Cons

Attended a town hall and CEO was so uncomfortable, fake smile no genuine comments just prepared script. The office decor is atrocious. Out of date would be an understatement. No diversity at all.

Pros

Remote work, Decent hrly wages, Great benefits that start day 1, Great co-workers

Cons

Company is too focused on keeping a good front to be recognized by JD Powers, QA looks at every single call through a microscope and then continually picks your self esteem apart by constantly telling you what you do wrong, Company has lost sight and not living up their motto of being for the customers, angry customers every single day between them and QA the life and positivity is sucked out of you. Some supervisors unsupportive

Pros

People I work with are great

Cons

Upper Management lives in the ivory tower with constant indirect messages of layoffs and budget tightening. Executives get GUARANTEED bonuses.
