Ok For Entry Level

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent benefits and 401k. Opportunity and potential for entry level workers.

Cons

No incentives for tenured employees. No real career development or career advancement assistance. Limited opportunity for mid-senior level and diversified background not appreciated. New hires paid way more than tenured employees and upper management couldn't care less. Senior management tend to be unprofessional and share personal information with colleagues. Unlimited PTO is taken advantage of by higher level management and retaliation type antics when employees voice unhappiness.
