Good Place to Start

Pros

Good experience in working with people from different backgrounds and good learning opportunities are there given you are part of a team which is working on trending technologies. Pay is good. Good place to start your career of but not a place to spend 5-10 years. Work-life balance is not that bad compared to other places but can be better managed in some aspects.

Cons

A lot of teams have a very toxic environment which is annoying for someone who just wants to focus on work. Very often would someone get a deserving recognition. Mostly a selected few people get recognised by the managerial level irrespective of how they are performing.
