Pros

After over a decade with the company, I am disappointed as I reflect on the positives. While the concept of unlimited PTO is appealing, its execution lacks fairness and consistency across all departments, which has been a cause of frustration. Initially, the team members were the shining beacon of this organization, creating a strong sense of camaraderie and support. Regrettably, the treatment of employees has taken a significant downturn, and it is evident in the declining attitudes and morale among the workforce.

Cons

Over the past several years, there had been a distressing decline in the once vibrant company culture following the arrival of new leadership. The decisions made by this leadership have resulted in a significant transformation of the culture, creating an environment that can only be described as toxic. As a consequence, employee morale has plummeted, trust in leadership has eroded, and the once-strong sense of belonging among the team has dissipated. One of the most distressing outcomes of this cultural shift is the exodus of many talented leaders, with a disproportionately large number of women choosing to depart. It is disheartening to witness the departure of such dedicated leaders, individuals who genuinely cared about the company and its employees. Equally concerning is the fact that some of these exceptional leaders have been pushed out by the current leadership. The lack of concern for employees displayed by the current leadership is evident in their actions and decisions. The disconnect between the leadership and the workforce has resulted in an atmosphere of apathy and disengagement, impacting productivity and overall well-being.

Job Security

Pros

There is not a job security. HR can take any point of time lay off as per company requirements. They will not consider about your job experience that how much year you worked there.

Cons

There is too much workload after shift on a daily basis need to Strach in spite you will not get appreciation. After working in multiple queues, you will get more than 100 percent production but in one queue, if you could not achieve 100 percent, you will treat as looser and due to this maybe you need to resign there.
