Pros

The trainers really take their time with you and you are trained for today's culture. I've been in customer service for many years and had to change everything I was previously taught. They train you to actually LISTEN to the customer and don't care how long it takes you to help them. They also really care about their employees from their very inclusive culture to their benefits. They have been around so long because they are always changing and adapting.

Cons

I don't have any cons
