Cons

Managers like junior high students, righteous, mean at times, pushing for friends to be promoted. Raises dismal. Constant change of priorities.

Non existent promotional opportunities for current management level employees No annual raises for officers It's not what you know it's who you know Top heavy executive management team Carry a lot of dead weight. 20 percent of top performers do all of the work
