Pros

None is all I can say. They want twenty words and truthfully I cannot write anything positive Do you want to be treated unfairly? How about working for clueless middle mgmt?

Cons

Where to begin? Favoritism micro management no mentoring too many chiefs not enough worker bees. Hey how about having the workers do a review on TL and Mgmt ?? This is by far the worse treatment I have experienced in my 30yrs of working Been an employee for several years and only had one minimal raise and have mandatory OT worked several hundred hours OT and get no recognition for getting work done Mgmt promotes who they want and not by capability. Any positive reviews here must be mgmt trying to save face. Would never recommend company New York totally unaware of the disgusting treatment of good hard working employees in Bethlehem.

Pros

Not many left. Good people who are struggling together.

Cons

No leaders seem to really understand how broken this place is. Morale is low, people are trying to leave but there no hope out there. Micromanagement. Mean managers. Well-being isn’t a real thing. Burnout is on steroids. People are losing hope and many are suffering with mental health. Changes have to happen.

Pros

The pay is fair, some departments can have a great bond with each other

Cons

Guardian is monitoring posts on here and actively trying to take them down to improve their rating (my prior post was removed and didn’t have any false information ) -Long long long hours I’ve worked 70hrs my first week, 80 a few weeks later and dozens of co workers say 100+ hrs -Not enough staff, many departments are having 1 employee take on the work load of 4 -lots of lay offs, departments and long term employees are being axed every day
