Pros

The company have a generous benefit package, great people in different positions with a good involvement in community service.

Cons

Communication lacks from senior management, currently a lot of restructuring without notice taking place and not much of an opportunity for growth from within.

Pros

Some good people make the environment tolerable.

Cons

Micromanagement, and also the propaganda displayed throughout to give this 'us against them' environment. At the end of the day we are still our own people with our own lives to make our own decisions. Whether that fits into the business model shouldn't be a factor.
