Where bad leaders go to get good titles

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

base pay and benefits, remote work

Cons

The leaders of the company haven't matured into their titles... which means they micro-manage at a level below where they currently are, which creates a toxic work environment, no empowered leaders, and overpaying for talent that they leaders aren't actually letting do their jobs.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work with great culture

Cons

New CEO is making drastic changes without understanding the advantages of Guardian. Terrible leader with no grounding and is trash talking old CEO who was excellent. Unrealistic growth expectations No investment in team or people Large layoffs are happening Tenured people are leaving Culture and core values are being lost and thrown away

Run.....don’t do it

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote opportunities, great money. Smart and nice people.

Cons

Not sure who is driving any of the process. Lots of confusion within management, no accountability, no clear ownership of roles. No reinforcement of a respectful work culture. Diversity and Inclusion is hard to find within the org.
