Pros

1st year bonus guarantee included for new hires. Muti-level comp plan based on retention, profitability, and new sales. Bonus payments paid out quarterly.

Cons

Comp plan is overly confusing. Applying for/receiving incentive comp was a manual process and often times challenging due to administrative hurdles. Retention, profitability, and new sales targets were arbitrarily defined each year and less profitable year after year.
