Pros

Very flexible work life balance. Excellent work from home options.

Cons

Poor upper management. They are out to help themselves. No direction left to fend for yourself until review time.

Pros

Ability to work-from-home. The building is nice. Tuition assistance. Great benefits.

Cons

Management takes awhile to respond to request. There is no focus on fixing things. Lack of diversity throughout management. Training is minuscule to none.

Pros

Guardian definitely wanted to step up it's tech game when I arrived, so the move to a paperless environment was welcome.

Cons

Most management and the corporate-office / executive people are extremely condescending. The company felt like it was in the middle of a tail-spin when I worked there - always threatening layoffs because of budget problems, but having no problem hiring extra executives. Every person I knew who joined the year I did regretted it. I can only hope it's changed since I left.
