Pros

You get a laptop and a monitor to work from home periodically. Good benefits. They offer a pension after 10 years of service.

Cons

Seriously underpaid and overworked! They love to announce how much money the company has made every quarter but never gives any credit/recognition/compensation to the "little people" who made it all possible.

Pros

Job Security, Entry Level Opportunities, Decent Compensation, Excellent Benefits

Cons

Be prepared to work A LOT of OT. Like, mandatory 10+ hours a week for 11 consecutive months. You'll be getting all of the same benefits and pay as people who are really bad at their job. It seems like you can pretty much get away with murder there. No one really seems to be held to the outlined expectations in SureQuote, so you'll be taken for a ride if you prove you have half a brain and can perform the job correctly - you'll pick up all of the slack for the non-qualified employees around you.

Pros

Over all benefits are excellent. Company is changing. However, a little unsure if it's for good or otherwise. Compensation is industry comparable or can get much better if you know the manager :)

Cons

I have worked at larger companies and realize politics is a part of game but here it's way too much politics....lot of reorgs and changes resulting in new management doing things their 'own' way. Very internal mobility and growth opportunities. Some of the senior IT management too much into micro management. Many people have no respect for others.
