Pros

Nice people who are struggling with you. Make it a bit easier.

Cons

Micromanagement. Toxic “leaders”. C-suite who have no clue what’s going on outside their directs. No appreciation for historical efforts. Well-being isn’t taken to heart.

Pros

I have great co-workers and team members. This is who I rely on primarily for assistance and support as it does not come from management.

Cons

Expectations for promotions unclear/ seems that "favorites" are chosen. Raises and bonuses annually but they don't even keep up with inflation. Tech issues are constant and systems are sluggish and outdated. Despite a myriad of tech issues, metrics remain unreasonably out of touch and hard to achieve. QA out of touch with actual skills useful for customer interaction. Turnover is terrible

Pros

The company has good benefits.

Cons

The pay is low for the amount of work you are expected to do and the work environment is very high stress.
