Pros

Excellent CEO and senior management Strategic direction appears to be good

Cons

Lots of changes in past 2 years yet for the average employee not alot of positive change. Alot of focus on disruption and innovation but basic foundation and getting things done right seem to be less of a priority.

Cons

Archaic processes, poor managers trying to impress, no HR presence. Gender discrimination exists Harassment exists No HR presence Very poor communication from management Managers fearful of making ANY decisions Managers too busy trying to convince others of their worthiness Managers making changes simply for changes sake, then change back to original methods again, and again, and again Ridiculous lack of organization Very unprofessional actions on part of first line and some middle managers
