Pros

I worked with some smart, hardworking people. Also, consolidating multiple reference tools into one location was very effective. The pay was decent.

Cons

I worked at the Tempe location. Management was misguided. They have almost year round mandatory OT and always support the sales team regardless of the situation. Turn over was extremely high with no goal to retain employees or promote them. I would describe the environment as extremely toxic.

Pros

Great job. Very friendly atmosphere. Room to move up the chain. Great started job. Decent pay.

Cons

Limited information regarding pay. Have to find out benefits on your own instead of being told what they are. Nothing else needed.

Pros

The building is beautiful. Work from home is available to some.

Cons

The call center standards are impossible. You are expected to be positive and helpful to customers waiting 30+ minutes who are angry and get them off of the phone as quickly as possible and move on to the next call. The staff burn out quickly and no one wants to be there. There is a ton of critiscm of the staff.
