Pros

The support staff at headquarters were kind and helpful and generally awesome.

Cons

The Financial Advisors themselves tend to be so aggressively ambitious that they hamper other people's ability to do their jobs.

Pros

There's a sense of mission. Committees actually strive to find solutions. People look out for and help each other. Great tram spirit.

Cons

Managers manage up. Your successes are subsumed into department metrics. No sense that HR is there to support you.

Understaffing and constant change leading employees to burn out, too hard to get the right outcomes for customers, high volume business leading to challenges at year end
