Great freedom, allows you to build your practice as you see fit

Cons

Sometimes have various issues surrounding pay and lack of transparency (or help deciphering) regarding contract/pay

Pros

Ability to work-from-home. The building is nice. Tuition assistance. Great benefits.

Cons

Management takes awhile to respond to request. There is no focus on fixing things. Lack of diversity throughout management. Training is minuscule to none.
