Pros

To be very honest I need work because I'm about to leave pretty soon from one state to another and where I'm living at now I'm backed up on my bills Christmas is coming around New Year's just coming around and plus it would be a great way for me to meet people because I am a people's person to learn the ropes of Kmart so when I do move hopefully I can lend me a job at Kmart in in the state that I move into

Cons

See much of a downside once I start working out I'm there everyday as long as I can enjoy what I do at work and get the job done I don't see no downsizing in any of that

Pros

The Guardian has very good products that are position for middle to upper level class. The training is very clear and the compensation is ideal for an entry level financial adviser. The office downtown is beautiful, they provide lots of support and their planning is based on a complete financial computer software "the Living Balance Sheet" They also have very good benefits.

Cons

Getting around the back office can be complicated. Also, if you do join, make sure you understand the compensation system and stay on top of your commissions. There are expenses that are not clearly explained when they make the offer.
